  11. Aepryus Graph 1.0 is a function plotting application.  The
  12. goal of AepGraph is to provide a relatively small, quick and
  13. easy to use interface which allows for the clean, clear and
  14. accurate graphical representation of as wide a body of
  15. functions as possible.
  16.  
  17. Both 2-Dimensional and 3-Dimensional plots are possible.  2D
  18. plots can be in either Cartesian or polar coordinates.  It is
  19. possible to automatically plot a functionÆs derivative along
  20. with the function.  (The derivative is calculated
  21. numerically)
  22.  
  23. 3D plots can be in either Cartesian, cylindrical or spherical
  24. coordinates.  Surface plots can be solid or not and if solid
  25. they can be shaded or not.

  27. Functions can be parametric and can include a time variable,
  28. t, which the application will animate.

  30. With all of these features, it is possible to plot functions
  31. with 1, 2 or 3 independent variables (u,v,t) and 1, 2 or 3
  32. dependent variables (x,y,z).

  34. By using the keyboard, it is also possible to æflyÆ around
  35. functions, which gives a very accurate feel for the function
  36. being plotted.

  38. As an added little bonus a screen saver is included which
  39. enables any AepGraph function to be used as a screen saver.

  41. REQUIREMENTS
  42. ------------
  43. This program requires Windows95 or Windows NT 4.0 or higher.
  44. The program works best in 64k color or better graphics mode.

  47. ------------
  48. Double click the auto-unarchiving icon and follow onscreen
  49. instructions.

  51. REGISTRATION
  52. ------------
  53. Aepryus Graph is not freeware. It is permissible to try out
  54. Aepryus Graph free of charge for a period of 30 days after
  55. installation, if the program is to be used beyond 30 days,
  56. however, it must be register. The registration fee is a
  57. reasonable $30.

  62. Note: Registration of AepGraph helps support Aepryus
  63. SoftwareÆs efforts to create affordable high quality
  64. scientific applications. There are numerous other applications
  65. which we are interested in developing (see the web site), but
  66. may be unable to do so because of lack of funding.  Also,
  67. registration, helps support improvements and additions to
  68. AepGraph itself.

  71. SCREEN COLORS
  72. -------------
  73. While Aepryus Graph will technically work in less than 16bit
  74. (64k or high) color mode, it is recommended that you use the
  75. 16bit mode, because it looks MUCH better.

  77. Possibly your graphics card supports this mode.  In order to
  78. change modes right click anywhere on the desktop, select
  79. Properties from the popup menu, then click the settings tab
  80. on the Display Properties dialog box.  One of the options
  81. is Color Palette.  Switch this to High Color (or 64k or
  82. 65,536 colors or 16bit color).
